It looks like you moved faster than me :) . Typically, when you
have routing problems like missing ACk, in 90% is about a contact
or Record-Route header which got broken, preventing proper
in-dialog routing.<br>

<div>I found the issue. It seems that fix_nated_contact was the
culprit. I wasn't for nat in reply route so when the call was
coming in I was trying to fix the nated contact which wasn't
nated. This was already done in the source/remote proxy. I
found this to be the source of other issues where acks were
being sent with the proxy address rather than what sent in the
200 ok contact. THank you for looking into it.</div>
