I guess the Route hdr of the message has the domain part with
"<a href="http://myserver.de" target="_blank">myserver.de</a>".<br>

In order to configure accounts/users (with auth), you
need to use the auth_db module - it requires a DB
backend. Use the opensipsdbctl tool to create the DB
and opensipsctl to add users into it.<br>
