        It now starts and Jitsi can connect, but when sending text
        messages I get below error:<br>

        configuration and try again. Error was: 403 Rely forbidden<br>
        <br>
        What is Rely and what does that error mean?<br>

                  That was the only one that installed after updating
                  mariadb-libs.<br>
                  1.10.1 from OpenSIPS repository still does not install
                  due to a missing libmysqlclient.so.16<br>
