On second thoughts, I can tell you're running a post 1.9 version
of OpenSIPS. Now in debug mode you should see all the rules being
dumped in the logs with every "reload" operation, either at
startup or through MI.<br>
<br>
Could you check if the DPID: 3 rules actually appear listed in
that very verbose dump?<br>
