and buddy management.</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">My observation is as follows-</font><br><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">When PUBLISH is received from a user
to inform presence status, its buddy should get only that user's presence
in the NOTIFY message body but it is getting presence information for all
