The presence_callinfo module was extended to provides OpenSIPS full<br>
support for shared call appearances (SCA) as defined by BroadWorks SIP<br>
Access Side Extensions Interface specifications.<br>

The SCA mechanism is a fundamental building block for a variety of<br>
enhanced telephony services. Features like attendant console, line<br>
extensions, and key system emulation cannot be delivered without some<br>
mechanism for sharing call appearances across access devices.<br>
<br>
The presence_callinfo module was hooked together with the dialog module,<br>
so the dialog module is now providing internal information to the SCA<br>
engine about the state of the calls, which call is using what line/index<br>
and so of.<br>
<br>
OpenSIPS itself can now generate and distribute the "call-info" events<br>
to the subscribers, based on the ongoing calls through OpenSIPS (dialog<br>
module).<br>
