      With OpenSIPS you can do only SIP related things, so usual
      security checks based on signaling. Like authentication, if
      certain external SIP domains are trustable, flood checks, pattern
      based detection, etc<br>

      At SIP level you do not have access at the actual content (media)
      to see what about.<br>
