Hello Carlos,

I already know and use RTPproxy for this kind of setup and using I,E flags in rtpproxy is a brilliant thing but for now I wanted to achieve setup using media-proxy. I too have read alot and couldn't find any satisfying answer.

yes, since I've said its in bridging mode so my server has full access to both private and public networks and so routing is not a problem.

Regards,

Sammy.

Hi SamyGo:

I think Mediaproxy can not do bridge between two interfaces. Rtpproxy can do it. Another option is , if you control the public ips in your network, permit routing between mediaproxy and your private network, but I think using Rtpproxy in brige mode can be you are looking for.

hope that helps,

Carlos Oliva

Hello list,

I'm in process of making Media-Proxy work for my setup which consists of an
openSIPS server with mediaproxy on it. The server has two interfaces i.e
eth0:PUBLIC IP; eth1:PRIVATE IP. Since my Media-Servers are on private
Network I need Media proxy to bridge RTPs between the clients on internet
and media-services on private network.

I've done some initial readings on previous posts on mailing lists but
nothing useful so far.

Thanks,
Sammy G.
