    you mean you get the call (from main SIP server), you send the
    INVITE to the client (he is behind a NAT), and you receive back from
    client a 401 reply ?<br>

          changing private IPs in the SIP messages.<br>

          What exactly is your issue with the inbound calls ? do they
          get to opensips ? does opensips send them to the right
