Yes, we are also planning to support distributed User Location,
through the Key-Value Interface. After that, you will be able to use
Cassandra or whatever other cachedb_* module in order to use your
preferred back-end and support the functionality.<br>
<br>
So far we have implemented distributed ratelimiting and also
distributed dialog profiles are almost done. <br>

A new <b>CACHEDB_CASSANDRA</b> module has been added to
OpenSIPS trunk, and it will also be present in the future
1.8 release.<br>
The module implements the Key-Value Interface [1] to allow
the script writer and also the module writer to connect
and do Key-Value type operations ( store,fetch and remove
) on a Cassandra database. <br>

For a full documentation of the module and current
limitations, visit [2] .<br>
Testing and feedback is very much welcomed.<br>
