OpenSIPs doesn't really work "out of the box". It requires extensive configuration and customization. <br>
<br>
The default config that is installed does have some rudimentary support
for registrations, but requires a properly setup database which may be your problem. <br>
<br>
Can you post the errors in your syslog? Do you know if opensips is actually starting up? I suspect it's not.<br>
