You would need to test this but it possible that opensips and
mediaproxy might help, as these two things setup correctly do rewrite
SDP and SIP packets to fix NAT issues.<br>

It would seem to me that you should be able to handle this in Asterisk
by configuring Asterisk to handle these calls via its internal NAT
systems. Have you tried setting the sip.conf account to nat=yes for the
calls from the Cisco UC520 ?<br>
