hi all,<br><br> Happy New year to all of You<br><br><br>Coming to the point. I am using Centos 5. I upgraded the openser-1.2.2-tls to openser-1.3.4-tls. But i am not able to start the openser using <br><br>1. /etc/init.d/openser start<br>
<br>[root@localhost /]# /etc/init.d/openser start<br>Starting openser:<br>[root@localhost /]#<br><br>it just shows Starting openser and quits.<br><br>2. /sbin/openser start <br><br> I am having the same problem as above.<br>
<br>3. /sbin/openserctl start<br><br>it shows error<br><br>database engine 'MYSQL' loaded<br>Control engine 'FIFO' loaded<br><br>INFO: Starting OpenSER :<br><br>ERROR: PID file /var/run/openser.pid does not exist -- OpenSER start failed<br>
