point. I am using Centos 5. I upgraded the openser-1.2.2-tls to
openser-1.3.4-tls. But i am not able to start the openser using <BR><BR>1.
/etc/init.d/openser start<BR><BR>[root@localhost /]# /etc/init.d/openser
start<BR>Starting openser:<BR>[root@localhost /]#<BR><BR>it just shows
Starting openser and quits.<BR><BR>2. /sbin/openser start <BR><BR> I am
having the same problem as above.<BR><BR>3. /sbin/openserctl start<BR><BR>it
shows error<BR><BR>database engine 'MYSQL' loaded<BR>Control engine 'FIFO'
loaded<BR><BR>INFO: Starting OpenSER :<BR><BR>ERROR: PID file
/var/run/openser.pid does not exist -- OpenSER start failed<BR><BR><BR
clear=all>As per openser documents the files and paths are right in
