forking, and it cannot handle various confirmed dialogs in case of various<br>
2XX responses arriving at the same time (before the proxy sends a CANCEL).<br>

So then, changing the CSeq is just impossible to implement in OpenSIPS because<br>
a branch requiring PRACK would break the CSeq order.<br>
