[OpenSIPS-Users] Equivalent of avp_delete in opensips 3.6

Hey Richard,

Indeed, there is no more equivalent for the avp_delete("*") "Delete all 
AVPs, GLOBALLY!" that immediately comes to mind...

But, honestly, that feature seems way too dangerous and could cause 
unexpected side-effects, so I'm glad it's gone.  To name a few issues 
with it: What about registrar/nathelper internal AVP?  What about 
drouting internal AVPs?  Or some internal, branch-related AVPs? etc.
