[OpenSIPS-Users] cachedb_redis enable_query_arg_quoting

Hi all (but maybe mostly Liviu),

Back on https://github.com/OpenSIPS/opensips/issues/2036 you published a
fix that made it into 3.2.6 that added this parameter to the cachedb_redis
module, but it seems like this fix didn't make 3.3 and beyond.

Is this something that was intended, or did the cherrypick just get missed
into the newer releases?

(Coming up against it on 3.4 nightly right now, and it would be nice to
have this fix)
