I agree with Bogdan here. This is not an OpenSIPs question. It's either
your docker configuration is not correct or some other component in your
networking stack (potentially/likely even off this server) is doing that.
I frequently use OpenSIPs, with docker, with host networking. There is no
problem doing it.
