You can try using the VPC CNI plugin to attach the opensips pod directly 
to the VPC so you're not having to deal with the port forwarding/nat 
layer.  I've had to do that with the macvlan plugin on non-Elastic based 
kubernetes clusters for Opensips and Asterisk.
