[OpenSIPS-Users] failed to bind port-docker with opensips-CE

Hello!

I think that your problem is related to the environment variable called 
HOST_IP from .env file.
Please, set this variable to your machine IP address. Another aspect you 
should take care about is not already having a MYSQL opened on port 3306 
on that machine. You can try with another port, by changing it in the 
docker-compose.yml on line 13.
