[OpenSIPS-Users] Adding PSTN Gateway in Opensips 3.0

Hi all.

Thanks a lot @Bogdan-Andrei Iancu <bogdan at opensips.org>, once you confirmed
that it appends the correct domain, I had to play around with the dialplan
and config and made it work.
