[OpenSIPS-Users] Trying for more than 60 secs

modparam("tm", "fr_timeout", 45)
modparam("tm", "fr_inv_timeout", 60)

These are the tm parameters I've set in opensips. When User B is not
available, User keeps on Trying without stopping.
