[OpenSIPS-Users] Connection not getting established

I am also getting these error w.r.t opensips in syslog

ERROR:tm:msg_send: send() to 14.139.183.221:62420 for proto wss/6 failed

ERROR:tm:t_forward_nonack: sending request failed
