[OpenSIPS-Users] not getting audio and video

I'm using opensips-2.4. Connection is getting established between two
browsers. But there is no audio and video.  One user is behind NAT. I'm
using rtpengine as media proxy.

There is audio and video when both the users are in the same n/w.
