[OpenSIPS-Users] Debug logs show To tag which are actually From tag

Hi Robert,

As from SIP perspective both TO and FROM hdrs have the same syntax, 
internally OpenSIPS uses the same function "parse_to()" for parsing both 
hdrs. So, we are all good here :)
