[OpenSIPS-Users] OpenSIPS 3.4 release dates

The upcoming OpenSIPS 3.4 beta release is scheduled for 17th of May, 
with just days before the OpenSIPS Summit in Houston.

We did (and still have to do) a lot of work in the area of performance 
and conformity testing, but also when comes to features consolidation.
