[OpenSIPS-Users] 401 Unauthorized on BYE request

Hi list,
 
is it normal at all — to authenticate BYE requests?
 
I’ve checked RFC 3261 now, but haven’t found anything corresponding to this.
Neither if it’s normal, nor if it’s not normal.
