[OpenSIPS-Users] Issues running opensips-cli

I am having issues running opensips-cli from the latest git pull. I am
attempting to create the db but noticed that running the cli tool alone
throws an error.

I'm not very familiar with python so I am not sure if this is a dependency
issue.
