[OpenSIPS-Users] opensips 2.4.7 - Dispatcher ds_is_in_list() DNS resolution

All reloads (for all modules) were designed to not impact server
functionality in any way.
During a reload, the old data is used until the new data is ready.
When new data is ready, the swap is performed "atomically" and then
the old data is discarded.
