[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips drops tcp connection with remote sip server

The setting as at the TCP stack level, so it affects all protocols based
on TCP (SIP-TCP, SIP-TLS, SIP-WS, WIP-WSS, HEP-TCP, etc).
