[OpenSIPS-Users] OpenSIPs Console for OpenSIPs 3.1

OpenSIPS Console has been deprecated starting with version 3.0. If 
you're talking about OpenSIPS CLI[1], this is available and can be run 
for OpenSIPS 3.1 without any problems.
