[OpenSIPS-Users] opensips-cp for 3.1

Hi, Johan!

We haven't got a chance to tune OpenSIPS CP for 3.1, although we need to 
do this ASAP.
Nevertheless, there were no major changes between 3.0 and 3.1, therefore 
you should be able to use 3.1.
