Hello Sagar,

In order to de-register a particular registrant from a remote server,
you can perform the following steps:
1. Set a low registration expiry in the db for that particular
registrant (let's say 60s)
2. Re-load the registrants from the db
3. Check that the new expiry is in effect via the reg_list mi command
4. Remove the registrant record from the db
5. Re-load the registrants from the db.

At the end of the expiry interval, the registration will no longer be
active in the remote registrar server.
