[OpenSIPS-Users] Flatstore files missing some calls

Hello,

You should create the file with headers. You can copy required storage file
from here:
https://github.com/OpenSIPS/opensips/tree/master/scripts/dbtext/opensips

And, of course, make sure you have good owner and permissions set to the
file.
