[OpenSIPS-Users] [Release] Heads up, OpenSIPS 3.1 planned for 1st of October

Hi Johan,

As 3.0.1 (not 3.1 as wrongly advertised here) is a minor release in the 
3.0 family, it brings only fixes, no new feature. Only the major 
releases bring new features.
