[OpenSIPS-Users] upgrading to 3.0

Hello John,

Indeed, the 3.0 is still beta, we target +1 month (at least, but it can 
be more) to get to the stable version, depending on the feedback and 
reports we get from the community.

Right now there is no corresponding CP version for 3.0 , we will get it 
out in the next max 2 months from now.
