[OpenSIPS-Users] OpenSIPS 3/Homer 7

OK so it turned out to be because of '"homer5_on" 0'
I set it to 1 & everything started working which seems odd as Homer 7 uses
the new json format, or at least I thought it did.

One for elsewhere I think.
