Hi, Mark!
Are you doing any RTP bridging, using RTPProxy, Media Proxy or 
RTPEngine? If not, perhaps you should.
Also, if you need more help, you have to give us more information about 
what is the actual issue. A PCAP, or a SIP capture is a good start for that.
