Is there support for this in work?  I had asked about it on the IRC 
channel and I was told there was, but I didn't get any specific 
information about it.  I need to use opensips in a clec ISUP 
environment, but my upstream carriers don't really support ITU ISUP.  I 
can work on adding it, but I don't want to reinvent the wheel if someone 
already has something partially done.
