Hi, Yuval!
Those values are null most likely because the 408 Timeout message is not
received by OpenSIPS, but locally generated. Therefore, there's no
actual reply to get the status/reason from.
Therefore it is safe for you to presume that if $rs/$rr is null, there
is no response coming from UAS, so you might presume it's a 408 Timeout.
