[OpenSIPS-Users] Retransmissions

I set fr_timeout parameter of tm module to 5, so after 5 seconds opensips
generates a 408 response, but keeps retransmitting the INVITE even after
that.
Apart from that the handling of INVITE is pretty straight forward:
Do lookup to find the destination (callee), and if found call t_relay().
