[OpenSIPS-Users] NOFITY not being generated against dialog event

Hi Aqs,

Two OpenSIPS presence servers cannot share the watchers/subscribers 
between them (not even via DB). The fallback2db is related to searching 
for presentities (during a PUBLISH).

What you are trying to do will be nicely addressed with OpenSIPS 2.4 
with cluster support for presence.
