[OpenSIPS-Users] How to avoid/solve TCP blocked connection?

Hi Rodrigo,

If I understand correctly, you get these errors (due failed connect 
attempt) when trying to deliver (from OpenSIPS) a call to a registered 
users who lost his TCP connection, right ?
