Can you help me?

I`ve installed opensips version 2.1.15 with the fraud detection module 
and I`ve got a question about counter of sequence calls.

I configured a rule for international calls, and the counter is summing 
values after pass to next period.

Is there another way to reset the counter, except to make another rule 
for matching the calls?
