[OpenSIPS-Users] Clusterer without a database

Hi Callum,
Indeed, there is a static dependency there, disregarding the db_mode value.
I just pushed a fix:
https://github.com/OpenSIPS/opensips/commit/df9e5a849fd03afef02c024bc5af40f14c53adc2
