[OpenSIPS-Users] Handling SUBSCRIBE & NOTIFIES

I want topology hiding for SUBSCRIBEs. The 200 OK that is returned by our
servers for the initial SUBSCRIBE reveals the full topology of our system.
We are not using the opensips presence module.
