[OpenSIPS-Users] Handling SUBSCRIBE & NOTIFIES

Hi, Royee!

There's no need for an actual dialog (from OpenSIPS pov) - you can 
simply route the NOTIFY messages as sequentials - route them according 
to the Record-Route headers.
