[OpenSIPS-Users] User Management frame in OpenSIPS-CP has no display

I just loaded OpenSIPS-CP 7.2.3 on a server running CentOS7 following the
directions from
http://controlpanel.opensips.org/htmldoc/INSTALL.html.Everything loaded and
I can get to the CP and all frames via multiple browsers.The display for the
User Management doesn't display anything while all others do.

Any ideas why and what to do to fix it?Thanks
