Hi, everyone!

I have some new great news for you: we have just released two new minor 
versions for OpenSIPS: 1.11.7 and 2.1.3. All three versions are stable 
and ready for production use. Since they contain the latest bug fixes, 
we strongly recommend you to upgrade your current instances!

contributions to this project!
