[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips 1.11 LTS PostgreSQL "database engine not loaded"

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to configure Postgresql for Opensips 1.11 LTS.

When I tried to execute "opensipscdbctl create" terminal says "ERROR: database engine not loaded - tried 'PSQL'"

So, what can I do in this case?
